Leicester appears to have established themselves as the ‘best of the rest’ behind the two clear title favourites of Liverpool and Manchester City, with a 5-0 win at home to Newcastle United this past weekend pushing the Foxes into a clear third place ahead of West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Liverpool, meanwhile, extended their perfect start to the season with a seventh straight win last weekend.
