Spanish giants Real Madrid have renewed their interest in Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea in a move that is likely to cause problems at Old Trafford.
The Spaniard failed to go during the last transfer window but is likely to move this time around with the Spaniards determined to do everything possible to get their man.
Reports in indicate that Real Madrid are prepared to re-activate De Gea’s release clause with United already eying Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel as a possible replacement.
In other transfer news, Norwich City have completed the signing of Switzerland defender Timm Klose formerly of German club Wolfsburg.
Klose, 27, joins the Premier League side on a three-and-a-half-year deal. He played 39 matches for Wolfsburg.
He becomes the fourth signing by Norwich City in January joining Ivo Pinto, Matt Jarvis and Ben Godfrey.
Elsewhere, Watford have signed Moroccan international forward Nordin Amrabat from Spanish side Malaga.
Amrabat, 28, recently signed a permanent deal with the La Liga side after spending last season on loan. He made 15 appearances for the club before moving. He has has played 23 times for the Morocco national team and has also represented his country of birth Netherlands at the under-2I level.
And former Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic has had his contract terminated by Italian giants Inter-Milan.
This is because Vidic failed to make even a single appearance for the Italian giants and is now a free agent.
