It’s a rare thing to have Man United cast as the underdog in a football game but they just might be against Leicester. The troubled Red Devils host the Foxes in the early kick off on Saturday.
There may be changes to United’s line up with rumors that skipper Wayne Rooney is set to be dropped following some woeful performances this season. Drafted in his place could be Marcus Rashford who has been outstanding when given a chance. Rooney has been playing in the hole behind Ibrahimovic which causes a selection headache for Mourinho should he choose to drop Rooney. The question is, does he play Mata or Mkhitaryan?
Leicester haven’t started well on their travels this season, losing at Hull and Liverpool. That said, their exploits in Europe and their victory over Burnley means they are full of confidence with their manager Claudio Ranieri in bullish mood ahead of the fixture. “We are fearless. Why are we scared to go there? More than lose, what can we do there?” said Ranieri. Jamie Vardy has scored in three of his four games against Manchester United in all competitions and his new strike partner Islam Slimani found his feet with a brace against Burnley in their last outing.
